Meet Kat

In my 30s, I started a new and exciting journey. I emigrated from Ukraine - uprooting myself from the familiar and starting my life from scratch.


In my 40s, I discovered yoga and started another unfamiliar but exciting journey - a journey that I'm still on today. My curiosity and passion for the practice remain as fresh as the first day I landed on the mat.

In my 60s, I graduated from Kripalu School Of Yoga Therapy.
I now lead private and group sessions, helping individuals address and manage their physical, mental, and emotional challenges. My goal is to equip them with knowledge and skills they need while creating a safe and supportive environment in each session.


I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually pursue various certification courses and training to deepen my knowledge and enhance the services I provide.
